Akuna Kindergarten is situated in the rapidly growing north east sector of Mount Gambier.

At Akuna Kindy we are guided by the 12 basic values of interdependence, integrity, truth, responsibility, respect, equity, honesty, acceptance, trust, fairness, independence and diversity.

We have a commitment to empowering children and families to pursue their life journey with confident, through the implementation of our values in all activities associated with the kindergarten.

We acknowledge that children are active learners and play is the appropriate medium to support the development of the child’s positive self image, love of learning, skills and knowledge.
